A simple stability indicating thin layer chromatographic method was developed for simultaneous estimation of Paracetamol and Pamabrom in bulk and combined pharmaceutical dosage form. Thin layer chromatography was performed, using a mixture of Chloroform: Acetonitrile (5:5 v/v) as a mobile phase. The Rf value for Paracetamol and Pamabrom was found to be 0.66 and 0.65 respectively. Paracetamol and Pamabrom were subjected to stress conditions including acidic, alkaline, oxidation, thermal and sunlight degradation. The method was validated as per International conference harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
